Module 6B: A guide to using the most common pieces of sensory equipment

A multisensory room can have a vast array of equipment, but it’s often best to start with a few pieces of equipment and use them well. Choosing the right equipment for your needs and your budget is important.

The following provides information about different pieces of equipment (click the arrow to expand each one or click here to expand all of the examples below). The first video provides a summary of everything which includes all possible equipment.

Bubble tube

Bubble tubes are a wonderful visual stimulus in the sensory room. They are a truly multi- sensory piece of equipment which can be seen and felt.
