Module 3C: Implications of Visual Conditions for Learning
Having a visual condition can influence greatly how a learner interacts with their environment. Not being able to see what is around you or what you are being asked to look at may provoke anxiety, as might changes in lighting levels and glare. There is an Environmental Audit in Module 5 which will be useful to create a classroom which supports learners with a visual condition more successfully.
Other strategies you may use can be found in the attached presentation as well as information on how visual conditions can affect learning.
